fa چرخه زندگی ماهی مرکب ببری (Sepia pharaonis) در شرایط آزمایشگاهی ژنتيك و اصلاح نژاد ژنتيك و اصلاح نژاد پژوهشي Research ماهی مرکب ببری (Sepia pharaonis) یکی از گونه های تجاری و بومی در خلیج فارس و دریای عمان می باشد. 150 عدد تخم این گو نه از 6 مایلی از ساحل و عمق 20 متری جمع آوری و به آزمایشگاه ایستگاه تحقیقات شیلاتی نرمتنان بندر لنگه در سال 1392 انتقال داده شد. انکوباسیون تخم و پرورش نوزادان در دمایی با میانگین (±SD) 5/0±5/27 درجه سانتی گراد و شوری 38-37 قسمت در هزار صورت گرفت. تخم ها پس از مدت زمانی با میانگین (±SD) 3±15 روز انکوباسیون شدند و نوزادان تازه تفریخ شده دارای طول مانتل با میانگین (±SD) 3/0±1/6 میلی متر و وزن با میانگین (±SD) 04/0±15/0 گرم بودند. تغذیه نوزادان در ماه اول توسط آرتمیا، مایسید و پست لارو میگوی سفید غربی و از ماه دوم به بعد توسط تکه های ماهی تازه صورت گرفت. پس از پرورش به مدت 30 روزه به طولی با میانگین (±SD) 6/0±6/18 میلی متر و وزنی با میانگین (±SD) 14/0±67/1 گرم رسیدند. در سن 60 روزه گی به طولی با میانگین (±SD) 2/4±3/32 میلی متر و به وزنی با میانگین (±SD) 72/3±00/8 گرم و در سن 120 روزه، به طول 3/11±5/74 میلی متر و وزن81/13±74/55 گرم رسیدند. تشخیص ظاهری نر و ماده در سن 150 روزه صورت گرفت و در سن 180 روزه انتخاب جفت، در سن 208 روزه جفتگیری و در سن 210 روزه تخمگذاری صورت گرفت. هر ماده تعدادی از تخم ها با میانگین (±SD) 30±185 گذاری نموده و عمر ماده ها با میانگین (±SD) 7±212 و نرها با میانگین (±SD) 20±218 روز بود. نرها بزرگتر از ماده ها بودند و بزرگترین نر به طول مانتل 9/157 میلی متر و وزن 10/367 گرم رسید. بزرگترین ماده به طول مانتل 1/105 میلی متر و وزن 18/227 گرم بود. نتایج کلی نشان داد که می توان ماهی مرکب ببری را در شرایط مصنوعی پرورش داد. Pharaoh Cuttlefish (Sepia pharaonis) is commercially important and native cephalopods in the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. In 2013, a total of 150 eggs of Pharaoh Cuttlefish were collected from 20 m depth in about 6 miles south of Lengeh Port and transferred to the laboratory of Mollusks Research Station in Bandar-e Lengeh. Eggs were incubated in temperature of 27.5±0.5 0C (mean ± SD) and salinity of about 37-38 ppt. After about 15±3 days (mean ± SD), eggs were hatched and the mean (±SD) of mantle length and wet weight of new hatched juveniles were 6.1±0.3 mm and 0.15±.04 g, respectively. In the first month, Artemia, Mysid and PL of L. vannamei shrimps were fed to juveniles and in second month it shifted to fish slices. After 30 days, average (±SD) mantle length and wet weight reached to 18.6±0.6 mm and 1.67±0.14 g, respectively. At the age of 60 days they reached to average (±SD) length of 32.3±4.2 mm and average (±SD) weight of 8.00±3.72 g. At the age of 120 days they reached to average (±SD) length of 74.5±11.3 mm and average (±SD) weight of 55.74±13.81 g. The sex was identified on the day of 150, and mate selecting occurred on 180th day, mating and spawning were occurred in days 208 and 210 of rearing period, respectively. Each female laid average (±SD) 185±30 eggs and average (±SD) life spans for female and male were 212±7 and 218±20 days, respectively. Males were bigger than females and the biggest male reached to 157.9 mm in length and 367.10 g in weight. The biggest female reached to 105.1 mm in length and 227.18 g in weight. Results showed that Pharaoh Cuttlefish could easily be cultured under laboratory condition with possibility of rearing to the next generation after spawning.
