fa تاثیر مکمل غذایی اسپیرولینا (Arthrospira platensis) بر سیستم ایمنی و فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی خون ماهی کوی(( Cyprinus carpio فيزيولوژي آبزيان فيزيولوژي آبزيان پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی اثر جلبک اسپیرولینا <em><span dir="LTR">(Arthrospira platensis</span></em><span dir="LTR">)</span> به عنوان مکمل غذایی در جیره ماهی&shy; کوی(<em><span dir="LTR">Cyprinus carpio</span></em>) و تاثیر برفاکتور های خونی و ایمنی این ماهی می باشد.. در این بررسی تعداد 150 عدد ماهی کوی با میانگین وزن07/0 <span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span>30 گرم با جیره های غذایی به ترتیب حاوی0 ، 5/2، 5، 5/7 و 10 درصد اسپیرولینا، تغذیه شدند و گروه شاهد، با جیره فاقد جلبک اسپیرولینا تغذیه گردیدند، نتایج نشان دادند که ماهیان تیمارهای تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی اسپیرولینا در فاکتورهای ایمنی و شیمیایی سرم خون نسبت به گروه شاهد در شرایط بهتری بودند، به طوری که بیشترین بالاترین درصد هماتوکریت ، ایمنوگلبولین (<span dir="LTR">IgM</span>) ، لایزوزیم،آلبومین و <span dir="LTR">C4 </span>&nbsp;(کمپلمان) مربوط به تیمار 10 درصد اسپیرولینا مشاهده شد و این تیمار تفاوت معنی داری با سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی نشان داد &nbsp;(05/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>)<span dir="LTR">.</span> در خصوص میزان هموگلوبین تعداد گلبول های سفید و قرمز شمارش شده نیز نتایج مشابهی مشاهده شد (05/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>)<span dir="LTR">.</span>بنابراین می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که استفاده از 10 درصد پودر جلبک اسپیرولینا در جیره غذای ماهی کوی می تواند به عنوان مکمل غذایی موثر بر سیستم ایمنی و بهبود برخی از فاکتور های شیمیایی سرم خون استفاده گردد<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> This study evaluated the effect of diets containing 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10% Arthrospir platensis on the hematological and immune parameters of Koi carp (Cyprinus carpio). A completely randomized experimental design was developed with five treatments and three replicates for 8 weeks. At the end of experiment, the hematological and, immune system parameters were measured and analyzed. The results revealed that supplementation of Arthrospira platensis in diets results in higher percentage of Hb, Hct, RBC and WBC. In addition, a significant increasein the levels of IgM, lysozyme and C4 complement levels were found in fish fed with 10% Arthrospira platensis (p<0.05).
