fa بررسی برخی از فراسنجه‌های زیستی ماهی گوازیم دم‌ رشته‌ای (Nemipterus japonicus) در سواحل خلیج فارس (استان بوشهر) Evaluation of some biological parameters of Threadfin bream (Nemipterus japonicus) from the Persian Gulf (Bushehr province) بيولوژي آبزيان بيولوژي آبزيان پژوهشي Research ماهی گوازیم دم رشته ای (Nemipterus japonicus) یکی از گونههای مهم تجاری ماهیان در آبهای خلیج فارس میباشد. پاره‌ای از مهمترین ویژگی‌های جنسی و تغذیه‌ای ماهی گوازیم دم رشته ای صید شده از آب‌های سواحل خلیج فارس (استان بوشهر) از شهریور 1391 تا شهریور‌ماه 1392 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از 315 ماهی مورد بررسی تعداد 101 عدد نر، 184 عدد ماده و 30 عدد از آنها به علت نارس بودن، جنسیت نامشخص داشتند. دامنه طولی (TL) آنها از 20 تا 36 سانتیمتر با میانگین (±انحراف معیار) 9/2<img alt="" height="12" src="file:///C:UsersR8623~1.FALAppDataLocalTempmsohtmlclip11clip_image002.png" width="12" >15/28 سانتیمتر برای ماده‌ها و 6/20 تا 40 سانتیمتر با میانگین (±انحراف معیار) 1/4<img alt="" height="12" src="file:///C:UsersR8623~1.FALAppDataLocalTempmsohtmlclip11clip_image002.png" width="12" >48/31 سانتیمتر برای نرها تعیین شد. همچنین حداقل و حداکثر طول مشاهده شده به ترتیب 20 (ماده) و 40 (نر) سانتیمتر ثبت شد. وزن ماده‌ها از 98 تا 303 گرم با میانگین (±انحراف معیار) 8/3<img alt="" height="12" src="file:///C:UsersR8623~1.FALAppDataLocalTempmsohtmlclip11clip_image002.png" width="12" >06/172 گرم و نرها از 100 تا 380 گرم با میانگین (±انحراف معیار) 76/7<img alt="" height="12" src="file:///C:UsersR8623~1.FALAppDataLocalTempmsohtmlclip11clip_image002.png" width="12" >21/242 گرم بود. میانگین ضریب چاقی برای نرها 07/0±80/1 و برای ماده‌ها 09/0±86/1 محاسبه شد. میانگین طول نسبی روده برای تمام نمونه‌ها 91/0 بود. شدت تغذیه با اندازه‌گیری شاخص معدی در ماه‌های مختلف نمونه‌برداری محاسبه شد. بیش‌ترین تعداد معد‌ه‌های پر با میزان 85% در مرداد ماه و کم‌ترین تعداد با میزان 12/28% در فروردین ماه مشاهده شد. از مجموع 315 معده مورد بررسی، تعداد 122 عدد خالی و 193 عدد پر تشخیص داده شدند. در میان معده‌های پر بررسی شده، خرچنگ با 56 درصد بیشترین میزان را در رژیم غذایی این ماهی داشت، در حالیکه ماهی (27 درصد)، میگو (17 درصد)، پلیکت (8 درصد)، ماهی مرکب (4 درصد)، لابستر (2 درصد) و هشت پا (1 درصد) سایر طعمههای غذایی این ماهی را تشکیل میدادند. تغییرات شاخص گنادی (GSI) در طول دوره نمونه‌برداری ماهیان ماده از بهمن تا فروردین روند صعودی و پس از آن روند نزولی نشان داد. تغییرات شاخص کبدی (HSI) ماهیان گوازیم دم رشته ای نر و ماده با یکدیگر مشابه و با تغییرات GSI در ماهیان نر و ماده نیز منطبق بودند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که این ماهی دارای شدت تغذیه نسبتاً پرخور بوده و سختپوستان غذای اصلی و ماهی و نرمتنان غذای فرعی این آبزی را تشکیل میدهند. Japanese threadfin bream (Nemipterus japonicus) is one of the most important commercial species of fishes in the Persian Gulf. The purpose of this research was to elucidate some features of the sexual cycle and nutritional traits of fish caught in the Persian Gulf (Bushehr province) from September 2012 to September 2013. The total number of 315 fish was studied. The number of male and female fish was 101 and 184 respectively and the sex of 30 of them was not recognizable due to fish prematurity. Total length (TL) ranged from 20 to 36 cm with a mean (±SD) of 28.15±2.9 cm for females, whereas for males it ranged from 20.6 to 40 cm with a mean (±SD) of 31.48±4.1 cm. Moreover the minimum and maximum measured lengths were 20 cm (found in females) and 40 cm (found in males), respectively. The weight of female fish ranged from 98 to 303 g with a mean (±SD) of 172.06±3.8 g, whereas for males it ranged from 100 to 380 g with a mean (±SD) of 242.21±7.76 g. The average amounts of condition factor were 1.8±0.07 and 1.86±0.09 for males and females, respectively. The average amount of intestine relative length mean was 0.91 for all samples. Vacuity index was calculated in different months for evaluating the severity of feeding. The maximum and minimum amounts of filled stomachs were observed with 85% and 28.12% of filled stomachs in August and April, respectively. From 315 examined stomachs, 122 were empty and the others were full. The predominant food in the full stomachs was crab (56%) followed by fish (27%), shrimp (17 %), polycheat (8%), squid (4%), lobster (2%) and octopus (1%). The trend of GSI changes in females from February to April was upward and after that it became downward. Hepatosomatic index (HSI) fluctuations in males and females were similar to each other and conformed to GSI changes.
