fa بررسی باکتری‌های قابل انتقال میان ماهی و انسان در استخرهای ماهی قرمز (Carassius auratus auratus)، استان گیلان The study on Zoonotic bacteria in Gold fish (Carassius auratus auratus) of Guilan province farms پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پرورش ماهی قرمز در اکثر کشورهای جهان متداول است. هدف از این تحقیق، شناخت و بررسی باکتریهای شایع و قابل انتقال میان ماهی و انسان در استخرهای ماهی قرمز استان گیلان، عوامل مستعد کننده در بیماریزایی ماهی قرمز و مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی باکتری های جداسازی شده از ماهی قرمز بوده است. در این پژوهش، 150 نمونه ماهی قرمز از چهار مزرعه (12 استخر) استان گیلان بصورت فصلی و انتخابی صید و بطور زنده به آزمایشگاه باکتری شناسی پژوهشکده آبزی‌‌پروری انزلی انتقال داده شدند و به روش افتراقی و بیوشیمیایی، باکتریهای مختلف جداسازی وشناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد جدایه های جداسازی شده از ماهی قرمز و آب استخر در فصول مختلف سال شامل Enterobacteriaceae، Pseodomonas sp.، .sp Aeromonas   Sterptococcus sp. ، Vibrio sp.،sp.   Micobacterium بودند. بیشترین و کمترین درصد فراوانی باکتری در ماهی، بترتیب متعلق به جنس سودوموناس (6/33%) و استرپتوکوکوس (3/7%) بود .</div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> Goldfish rearing is common in most countries of the world. In this study, 150 specimens of Goldfish were taken from four fish farms (12 pools) seasonally and selectively, and transferred alive in the bacteriological laboratory of Inland Waters Aquaculture Research Center. The bacteria were isolated from professional test and biochemical methods. The results showed that Goldfish and pool water bacteria isolations were included Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas sp., Aeromonas sp., Sterptococcus sp., Vibrio sp., Mycobacterium sp.
