fa یافته علمی: بررسی مایکوباکتریوز در دو گونه گلدفیش و گوپی در سمنان به روش واکنش زنجیره‌ای پلیمراز (PCR) Short Communication: Survey on mycobacteriosis on goldfish and guppy species in Semnan, using PCR assay پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;">سل ماهییا مایکوباکتریوز یک بیماری گرانولوماتوزی سیستمیک مزمن تا حاد در ماهیان است که توسط مایکوباکتریومهای غیر سلی (<span dir="LTR">NTM</span>)  ایجاد میشود و تمام گونههای ماهی را درگیر میکند. به نظر میرسد که سه خانواده سیپرینیده، آناباتیده و کاراسیده نسبت به بیماری حساستر هستند. بررسی  حاضر به منظور ردیابی آلودگی مایکوباکتریایی ماهیان زینتی شهر سمنان انجام شد. در این بررسی 30 قطعه گلدفیش و 30 قطعه ماهی گوپی از آکواریوم فروشیهای سطح شهر سمنان تهیه شد و نمونه برداری شد، نمونهها شامل مخلوط کبد، کلیه و طحال بود. برای ردیابی آلودگیهای مایکوباکتریایی استخراج <span dir="LTR">DNA</span> صورت گرفت و از روش <span dir="LTR">PCR</span> با پرایمر اختصاصی ژن <em><span dir="LTR">rpoB</span></em> استفاده شد. نتایج آزمایش<span dir="LTR"></span>ها آلودگی 10 درصد از گوپیها و 66/46 درصد از گلدفیشها را نشان داد. نتایج توالییابی مشخص کرد که برخی از مایکوباکیتریومهای استخراج شده مایکوباکتریوم فورتویتوم بودند. در نتیجه آلودگی ماهیان زینتی سمنان به مایکوباکتریومهای محیطی به اثبات رسید. با توجه به قابل انتقال بودن این بیماری به انسان، این بررسی از نظر بهداشت عمومی مهم بوده و بررسی سایر نقاط استان نیز پیشنهاد میشود.</p> <div>  <div id="ftn1"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Mycobacteriosis or fish tuberculosis a chronic or acute, systemic, granulomatous disease in fish that occurs due to nontuberculous mycobacteria and affect all fish species. Families of Cyprinidae, Anabantidae and Characidae appears to be more susceptible to mycobacteriosis. This survey was was carried out to investigate the mycobacterial infection of ornamental fish of Semnan. 30 pieces of goldfish and 30 pieces of guppy were collected from aquarium shops of Semnan and sampled. These samples contain kidney liver and spleen. Detection of mycobacteria from extracted DNA was done, using PCR assay.  Partial primer was used to identify the rpoB gene. Results showed contamination of 10% of guppies and 46.66% of goldfish. In DNA sequencing some of the bacterial species was recognized as <em>Mycobacterium</em> <em>fortuitum</em>. In conclusion ornamental fish of Semnan are contaminated with nontuberculous mycobacteria. Considering the zoonotic risk of this disease, results of this survey is important to the general hygiene.
