fa شناسایی عوامل موثر بر راندمان حلقه تولید زنجیره ارزش تون ماهیان در ایران اقتصاد شيلاتي اقتصاد شيلاتي كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این پژوهش تلاش شد تا عوامل موثر بر راندمان حلقه تولید (عمل</span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آوری و کنسروسازی) زنجیره ارزش تون ماهیان و شبه تون ماهیان شناسایی شوند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده</span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها، توصیفی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، صاحبان، اعضاء هیات مدیره، مدیران عامل و کارشناسان تولید این صنعت می‌باشند که طی دوره زمانی دو ساله منتهی به سال 1397 انجام شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌های این تحقیق، پرسشنامه بوده که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. ابتدا با مرور ادبیات موضوع، تعداد 41 مانع شناسایی شد که پس از حذف عوامل تکراری، 28 متغیر استخراج گردید. در نهایت با استفاده از نظر خبرگان تعداد 21 متغیر به عنوان موانعی که موجب کاهش راندمان حلقه تولید زنجیره گردیده است، شناسایی شدند. همچنین با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری و بکارگیری آزمون آماری علامت، تعداد 19 عامل به عنوان موانع اصلی شناسایی گردید و با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن رتبه بندی شد. </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مشکلات در تأمین مواد اولیه (کیفیت، قیمت و پایداری تأمین)، مشکلات در تأمین منابع مالی، ضعف در تولید محصولات متنوع با توجه به بازار هدف، بالا بودن هزینه‌های فروش محصولات تولید، چهار مانع موثر حلقه تولید زنجیره ارزش تون ماهیان و شبه تون ماهیان می‌باشد که با مشخص شدن این موانع و اولویت‌بندی آنها می‌توان برنامه‌ریزی لازم برای مدیریت آنها با هدف افزایش راندمان حلقه تولید این صنعت را میسر نمود و </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت مدیریت موانع با اولویت بالاتر، افزایش راندمان این صنعت و&nbsp; پایداری اقتصادی آن را در آینده </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">میسر ساخت.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <pre> This paper attempted to identify the effective factors and barriers on efficiency of the production section (canning and processing) the value chain of tuna and tuna like species in Iran. The present research is practical in terms of purpose and it is descriptive and survey in terms of collecting data. The statistical population of this research was board members, executive directors, the production managers and experts of tuna and tuna like species industries. The present research took place during the two-year period leading up to 1397. The data collection tool was a questionnaire which validity and reliability were confirmed. At first, by reviewing the literature and reviewing of the previous studies were identified 41 the effective factors and barriers of the value chain and after removing the repeat factors, 28 variables were extracted. Finally, using expert&#39;s opinions, 21 variables were identified as the effective factors and barriers which reduced the efficiency of the chain value of tuna and tuna like species in Iran. In the next step, using statistical analysis and applying the statistical test of the mark, 19 factors were identified as the main the effective factors and barriers and the ranking of these factors was done using Friedman test. It is determined that respectively, problems in supplying raw materials (quality, price and continuity and sustainability of supply), problems in providing financing and working capital, weakness in the production of diverse products according to the target market, high costs of selling the tuna products and lack of fair distribution of profits between different sectors of the tuna value chain have been 5 factors and barriers affecting on decreasing efficiency of the production section of the value chain of tuna and&nbsp; tuna like species in Iran.
