fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ تنوع گونه‌ای، الگوی پراکنش و توالی زمانی جوامع کرم‌‌های پیکانی (Chaetognatha) در آبهای مصبی- ساحلی شمال بوشهر- خلیج فارس Species diversity, spatial distribution pattern, and temporal succession of Chaetognaths assemblages in north coastal waters of Bushehr- Persian Gulf اكولوژي محيطهاي آبي اكولوژي محيطهاي آبي پژوهشي Research کرم‌ های پیکانی، کرم‌‌هایی نیرومند و مزوزئوپلانکتون‌های شکارچی هستند که اغلب از سایر گروه‌های غالب و فراوان زئوپلانکتونی، به‌ویژه کوپه‌پودها و اپندیکولارین‌ها تغذیه می‌کنند. بنابراین، در زنجیره غدایی پلاژیک به‌ویژه در زیستگاه‌های نریتیک دریاها و اقیانوس‌های جهان، به عنوان مهم‌ترین گروه جمعیت مزوزئوپلانکتونی محسوب می‌شوند. نظر به اهمیت اکولوژیک، تجاری، افتصادی و شیلاتی آبهای ساحلی- مصبی شمال بوشهر، هدف از اجرای این تحقیق شناسایی، معرفی و تعیین الگوی حاکم بر پراکنش گونه‌های کرم‌های پیکانی آبهای خلیج فارس با تأکید بر آبهای منطقه مورد نظر قرار داده شد. نمونه‌برداری در روزهای میانی و پایانی هر فصل، در خور فراکه، سه نقطه از محدوده مصب شیف‌، ایستگاه دریایی و مصب لشکر صورت گرفت و در کلیه زمان‌های نمونه‌برداری، عمق محل نمونه‌برداری، عمق شفافیت و پارامترهای فیزیکی درجه حرارت، pH، و شوری اندازه‌گیری شدند. در نهایت در منطقه، چهار گونه کرم پیکانی، Flaccisagitta enflata، Aidanosagitta neglecta، Aidanosagitta regularis و Zonosagitta pulchra، به‌ترتیب با فراوانی نسبی 56/56%، 42/29%،  25/11%  و 78/2% شناسایی گردیدند. برای دو گونهF. enflata  وA. regularis ، الگوی پراکنش مکانی و زمانی مشابه بود و حداکثر تراکم در فصل سرد و در ایستگاه دریا مشخص گردید. حداکثر تراکم برای گونه‌های A. neglecta و  pulchra Z.  در تابستان و ایستگاه‌های ساحلی و کم عمق مصب شیف مشاهده و ثبت گردید. بر اساس آزمون dbRDA<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a>، مشخص گردید که از میان عوامل محیطی مورد مطالعه، عمق محل نمونه‌‌برداری بر پراکنش گونه‌هایF. enflata  وA. regularis تاثیر مثبت و شوری تاثیر معکوس دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از آنالیز dbRDA نشان داد که عمق محل زیستگاه تاثیر منفی بر الگوی پراکنش neglecta A. و درجه حرارت تاثیر مثبت بر الگوی پراکنش  pulchra Z. دارد. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a> Distance based Redundancy Analysis</div> </div> Chaetognaths (arrow worms) are strong predaceous mesozooplankton; which feed on other more abundant zooplankton’s groups; their most important preys are Copepods and Appendicularians. So they are considered as one of the most important groups among mesozooplankton communities, especially in the pelagic food web, also widely distributed in the neritic zone of all the oceans. Considering the fisheries activities and ecological aspects of economically and traditionally important ecosystems of the northern coastline of Bushehr, this study aimed to identify, introduce and assess the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of the Chaetognaths in the Persian Gulf, restricted to coastal waters of this area. Chaetognaths were collected during seven sampling programs, from Frake river-estuary, three sites of large creek-estuary of the Shif, one site in the sea, and one site in the Lashkari creek-estuary, at the middle and last day of each season. During all surveys, the depth of the sampling location, Secchi depth, water temperature, pH, and salinity were measured. Finally, 4 species were identified, Flaccisagitta enflata, Aidanosagitta neglecta, Aidanosagitta regularis, and Zonosagitta pulchra, with relative abundances of 56.56%, 29.42%, 11.25% and 2.87% respectively. The highest total density was observed in the sea station at the cold season, for two species of F. enflata and A. regularis. A. neglecta and Z. pulchra reached to the highest density in coastal stations and shif creek at summer. Based on dbRDA (distance based Redundancy Analysis), the depth of sampling location explained effectively the distribution pattern of F. enflata and A. regularis, with a positive correlation,   but salinity demonstrated a negative effect.
