fa یافته علمی: مقایسه تغییرات غلظت گلوکز خون در مولدین قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) قبل و بعد از خوراک دهی. فيزيولوژي آبزيان فيزيولوژي آبزيان كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این پژوهش، اندازه گیری و مقایسه گلوکز خون سرم مولدین قزل آلای رنگین کمان پرورشی در دو تیمار، قبل و بعد از خوراک دهی، انجام شد</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. </span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هر تیمار شامل 10 مولد بود، نیمی از مولدها نر و نیم دیگر ماده بودند. خون گیری بکمک سرنگ و از ساقه دمی انجام شد. سپس، به کمک سانتریفیوژ سرم، جداسازی گردید. میزان گلوکز سرم به کمک کیت (کیت رنگ سنجی شرکت من) و بر اساس روش گلوکز اکسیداز انجام گرفت. میانگین گلوکز خون تیمار اول (ناشتا) 14</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 2/92 میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر بود در حالی که میانگین گلوکز خون تیمار دوم (خوراک داده شده) 2/17</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 2/189میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر بود. مقایسه ای بین دو تیمار بکمک روش </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;t-test</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">انجام شد که نشان دهنده تفاوت معنی دار بین دو تیمار بود </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">05/0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">p</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">. نتیجه گیری نهایی نشان داد تغذیه ماهی سبب تغییر در غلظت گلوکز خون گردید. لذا جهت صحت آزمایشات و تحقیقات آتی و استاندارد و همسان بودن آزمایشات، پیشنهاد می گردد 8 ساعت قبل از آزمایش قند به ماهی خوراک داده نشود.&nbsp; </span></span></div> <div> <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" ></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In this research, measurement of serum blood glucose of cultured rainbow trout (Broodstocks) had done in two different treatments. First treatment consists of fish which were fast, and second treatment had feed. Each treatment includes 10 fish (50% male, 50% female). Blood extracted from caudal vein of each fish by a syringe. Then, serum separated with centrifugation. The amount of serum glucose measured by a kit (Man^&reg; Company, Iran). The kit worked based on glucose oxidase method. The average of blood glucose in fasting treatment, was 92.2&plusmn;14 mg/dl while the average of feed treatment was 189.2&plusmn;17.2 mg/dl. Statistical analysis had done by SPSS software. Comparison of mean blood sugar concentration between two treatments by t-test showed significant difference between two treatments (p<0.05). The final conclusions showed that fish feeding gives change in blood glucose concentration. It is appeared that, bleed of fish for measurement of the serum glucose needs to do 8 hours after feeding for future research and accuracy tests and standardization of tests.&nbsp;</div> قزل آلای رنگین کمان, گلوکز, سرم.
