fa شناسایی و بررسی برخی شاخص‌‌های اکولوژیک سیفومدوزهای آبهای ساحلی خوزستان و هرمزگان (شمال خلیج فارس) Identification and study of some ecological indicators of Scyphomedusae from coastal waters of Khuzestan and Hormozgan (the North of Persian Gulf) بيولوژي آبزيان بيولوژي آبزيان پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">آب‌‌های ساحلی استان های خوزستان و هرمزگان از نظر صنایع شیلاتی بسیار حائز اهمیت می‌باشند. با توجه به تاثیری که مدوزها به‌‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر پویایی جمعیت لارو‌‌ماهیان و زئوپلانکتون‌ها دارند، بررسی جمعیتی گونه‌‌های آنها بسیار مهم است. نمونه های سیفومدوز از 6 ایستگاه از آب‌‌های ساحلی خوزستان و هرمزگان در فصول تابستان و زمستان سال 1394 جمع‌آوری گردیدند. نمونه‌برداری با استفاده از تور ترال میگو با چشمه 55 میلی متری صورت پذیرفت. همچنین فاکتورهای محیطی آب در هنگام نمونه برداری در محل اندازه‌گیری شدند. در مجموع 8 گونه مدوز بر اساس صفات ریخت‌‌شناسی مورد شناسایی قرار‌‌گرفتند. گونه Catostylus tagi در هر دو فصل در مناطق مورد بررسی فراوانترین گونه بود. گونه ‌Marivagia stellate و جنس های sp. Cyanea و Chrysaora spp. برای اولین بار از آبهای خلیج فارس گزارش شدند. نتایج PCA  نشان داد که در مولفه‌ی اول بیش‌ترین همبستگی بین گونه‌های C. tagi و M. stellata  با دما و در مولفه‌ی دوم بیش‌ترین همبستگی بین sp1‌ Chrysaora  با شوری محاسبه گردید. شاخص تنوع شانون به مقدار جزئی در آبهای خوزستان نسبت به آب های ساحلی هرمزگان بیشتر محاسبه گردید. گونه Crambionella  orsini فقط در آب‌‌های ساحلی خوزستان و گونه Cassiopea andromeda فقط در آبهای ساحلی هرمزگان مشاهده گردید.</h1> <div style="text-align: justify;">Coastal waters of Khuzestan and Hormozgan provinces are very important in the fisheries industry. Due to of direct and indirect impacts of the <a href="https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b&q=Jellyfish&spell=1&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiWi62b6ZzeAhUPmrQKHUsfDggQBQgnKAA&biw=1536&bih=728">Jellyfish</a> on the dynamic of fish larvae and zooplankton, study of their population is very important. So that in this study scyphomedusae were collected in summer and winter of 2015 from 6 stations of coastal waters of Khuzestan and Hormozgan. Sampling was taken place using a shrimp trawl net with 55 mm mesh size. The physicochemical parameters of water also were measured while sampling. A total of 8 species of Medusa were identified based on morphological traits. The most abundant species in both seasons and in coasts of Khuzestan and also Hormozgan provinces was Catostylus tagi. The species Marivagia stellate together with Cyanea sp. and Chrysaora spp. genera were reported for the first time from the Persian Gulf waters. Also results of PCA showed that in the first component, the highest correlation obtained between C. tagi and M. stellata with temperature and in the second component, the highest correlation was found between Chrysaora sp1 and salinity. The Shannon diversity Index was calculated to a small extent in Khuzestan waters relative to the coastal waters of Hormozgan.
