fa بررسی تنوع و پراکنش ستاره‌‌های دریایی و ستاره‌‌های شکننده دریایی در سواحل ایرانی خلیج فارس در محدوده استان بوشهر Investigation of diversity and distribution of starfish and brittle starfish in the Persian Gulf coastal regions of Bushehr Province ارزيابي ذخاير و پويايي جمعيت ارزيابي ذخاير و پويايي جمعيت پژوهشي Research خارپوستان<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a> یکی از شناساگرهای بسیار خوب برای بررسی سلامت و وضعیت سواحل و صخره‌‌های مرجانی در آبهای دریایی هستند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تنوع و پراکنش ستاره‌‌های دریایی<a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" title="">[2]</a> و ستاره‌‌های شکننده دریایی<a href="#_ftn3" name="_ftnref3" title="">[3]</a> در منطقه پایین و میانی جزر و مدی<a href="#_ftn4" name="_ftnref4" title="">[4]</a> سواحل خلیج فارس در محدوده ‌‌ی استان بوشهر شامل ایستگاه‌‌های نیروی هوایی، بندر رستمی، اولی شمالی و جنوبی بود. نمونه‌‌برداری از فروردین لغایت اسفند سال 1396 به صورت فصلی در 4 نوبت و توسط کوادرات یک متر در یک متر و در 2 ترانسکت عمود بر دریا با عرض 30 متر و با فاصله تقریبی 100 متر از هم انجام گرفت. در مجموع 184 فرد، 7 گونه شامل 4 گونه ستاره‌‌دریایی، 3 گونه ستاره شکننده متعلق به خانواده‌‌های <a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=123127">Astropectinidae</a> (گونه‌‌های Astropecten polyacanthus phragmorus و <a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=213246">Astropecten monacanthus</a>)، Asterinidae (گونه Aquilonastra iranica)، Ophidiasteridae (گونه Linckia multifora)، Ophiotrichidae (گونه Ophiothrix sp.) و Ophiocomidae (گونه‌‌های <a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/ophiuroidea/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=212378">Ophiocoma scolopendrina</a> و Ophiocoma sp.) جمع‌‌آوری شدند. فراوان‌‌ترین گونه شناسایی شده Ophiothrix sp. بود و کمترین فراوانی به گونه L. multiflora تعلق داشت. زیستگاه گونه‌‌ A. polyacanthus phragmorus سواحل زیر جزر و مدی ماسه‌‌ای، A. monacanthus سواحل جزر و مدی ماسه‌‌ای، گونه A. iranica بسترهای صخره‌‌ای جزر و مدی بود و گونه‌‌های L. multifora، Ophiothrix sp.، O. scolopendrina و Ophiocoma sp. در بسترهای صخره‌‌ای– مرجانی یافت شدند. الگوی پراکنش 54/90 درصد از گونه‌‌ها خوشه‌‌ای بود در حالیکه سایر گونه‌‌ها پراکنش یکنواختی داشتند. نتایج شاخص‌‌های تنوع گونه‌‌ای شانون H’= 1.7672 و اونس 0.8754=  نشانگر تنوع یکنواختی مناسب ستاره‌‌‌‌ها و ستاره‌‌های شکننده در سواحل خلیج فارس در استان بوشهر است. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a> <a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/ophiuroidea/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=1806">Echinodermata</a></div> <div id="ftn2"><a href="#_ftnref2" name="_ftn2" title="">[2]</a> Asteroidea</div> <div id="ftn3"><a href="#_ftnref3" name="_ftn3" title="">[3]</a> Ophiuroidea</div> <div id="ftn4"><a href="#_ftnref4" name="_ftn4" title="">[4]</a> Lower and middle tidal zones</div> </div> Herring is one of the very good detectors for assessing the health and condition of coral reefs and shores in marine waters. The purpose of this study was to investigate the diversity and distribution of Asteroidea and Ophiuroidea in the lower and middle tidal zones of the Persian Gulf coastlines in the area of Bushehr province (Air Force stations, Bandar Rostami, North and South Utah). Sampling from April to March 2017 was performed quarterly in 4 turns and by Quadrat (one meter per meter) and in two transects perpendicular to the sea (width 30 meters) and with an approximate distance of 100 meters. A total of 184 individuals, 7 species including 4 species of starfish, 3 species of fragile star belonging to <a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=123127">Astropectinidae</a> (Astropecten polyacanthus phragmorus and <a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=213246">Astropecten monacanthus</a>), Asterinidae (Aquilonastra iranica species), Ophidiasteridae (species Linckia multiflora) ,Ophiotrichidae (Ophiothrix sp.) and Ophiocomidae (<a href="http://www.marinespecies.org/ophiuroidea/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=212378">Ophiocoma  scolopendrina</a> and Ophiocoma sp.) collected. The most frequent species of Ophiothrix sp .Lowercase the least frequent was the Linckia multiflora . Species habitat werer as Astropecten polyacanthus phragmorus tropical sandy beaches, Astropecten monacanthus tidal sandy beaches, Aquilonastra iranica, tidal cliffs and Linckia multiflora, Ophiothrix sp., Ophiocoma scolopendrina species, and Ophiocoma sp. The rocky-coral beds. 90.54% of species had cluster distribution while, while other species had a uniform distribution.
