fa ارائه الگوی مدیریت فرهنگی مبتنی بر سیاست‌های فرهنگی کاهش صید غیر مجاز در نوار ساحلی استان هرمزگان ارزيابي ذخاير و پويايي جمعيت ارزيابي ذخاير و پويايي جمعيت پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">صید غیر مجاز میگو در آبهای استان هرمزگان موجب وارد آمدن خسارت‌های زیاد به بیش از سه هزار صیاد و نیز افرادی می‌شود که به طور غیر مستقیم در زمینه صنایع فرآوری، بسته‌بندی و صادرات این آبزی فعالیت دارند</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی مدیریت فرهنگی مبتنی بر سیاست‌‌های فرهنگی کاهش صید غیر</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مجاز در نوار ساحلی استان هرمزگان، صورت گرفت. روش انجام تحقیق به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی بود و به شیوه پیمایشی انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه شامل متخصصان و کارشناسان شیلات استان هرمزگان بود. روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها براساس پرسشنامه و نیز مطالعه مستندات و پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته بود. نتایج حاصل از بررسی معیارهای اصلی نشان داد که معیار&quot;مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی&quot; با وزن 277/0 دارای بیشترین اهمیت و معیارهای &quot;مسائل فرهنگی&quot;، &quot;آگاهی‌بخشی&quot;، &quot;آموزش&quot;، &quot;مشارکت&quot; و &quot;قانون‌‌گذاری&quot; با اوزان بترتیب 218/0، 161/0، 142/0، 109/0 و 092/0 در رتبه‌های دوم الی ششم قرار داشتند. بررسی معیارهای فرعی نیز نشان داد که </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">معیار &quot;مدیریت صیادان غیر مجاز&quot; با وزن نهایی 1213/0 در رتبه نخست از نظر اهمیت و جایگاه قرار داشت و معیار &quot;تدوین قوانین&quot; با وزن نهایی 0153/0 از کمترین اهمیت برخوردار بود. بر اساس&nbsp; اطلاعات بدست آمده در این مطالعه </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Compset;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یک الگوی مدیریت فرهنگی جهت کاهش صید غیر مجاز ارائه شد که این الگو می‌تواند به عنوان مبنایی برای مدیران شیلاتی جهت مدیریت دقیق‌تر و صحیح‌تر صید غیر مجاز در استان هرمزگان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></span> Shrimp illegal fishing has caused many damages to the more than three thousand fishermen in Hormuzgan Province and also the persons who are active indirectly in the production, package, and export industries of this aquatic organism. The purpose of the present study was to represent a cultural management pattern according to the cultural policy of the reduction of illegal fishing in the coastal band of Hormuzgan province. The used method for the study was descriptive-analytical. Statistic society was consisted of fisheries experts of Hormuzgan Province. The method of data collection was based on a questionnaire as well as the study of documentation and researches. The results of the study of main criterions showed that &ldquo;management and schematization&rdquo; was the most important 0.277 with the weight of criterion and &ldquo;cultural issues&rdquo;, &ldquo;notification&rdquo;, &ldquo;training&rdquo;, &ldquo;communion&rdquo; and &ldquo;legislation&rdquo; with the weights of 0.218, 0.161, 0.142, 0.109 and 0.092 were in second to sixth grades, respectively. Investigation of secondary criterions showed that &ldquo;management of illegal fishermen&rdquo; with the weight of 0.1213 was in the first grade of importance and &ldquo;codify of laws&rdquo; with the weight of 0.0153 was less important.
