fa مدل توسعه عملکرد صادراتی میگوی پرورشی ایران با رویکرد نظریه داده‌‌بنیاد Export performance improvement model of Iranian farmed shrimp with grounded theory approach اقتصاد شيلاتي اقتصاد شيلاتي پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل توسعه عملکرد صادراتی میگوی پرورشی ایران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌‌بنیاد است. نمونه‌‌گیری به روش نظری و با استفاده از تکنیک گلوله‌‌برفی انجام شده که بر مبنای آن، 16 مصاحبه در سال 1398 با خبرگان علمی و عملی صنعت میگوی پرورشی کشور (مدیران شیلات، اتحادیه تولید و تجارت آبزیان ایران و مدیران شرکت‌‌های برتر در حوزه صادرات میگوی پرورشی) صورت گرفته است. نتایج تحلیل داده‌‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌‌ها طی فرآیند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و با بهره‌‌گیری از نرم‌‌افزار تحلیل کیفی اتلس‌‌تی، به زایش مدل توسعه عملکرد صادراتی میگوی پرورشی منجر شده که بر مبنای آن، شرایط علّی، پدیده محوری، راهبردها، عوامل زمینه‌‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌‌گر و پیامدها شناسایی شد. در مجموع، 17 مقوله اصلی، 56 مقوله فرعی و 138 مفهوم در قالب شش دسته محوری قرار گرفته‌‌اند. پژوهشگر به کفایت نظری درباره تمام مفاهیم مورد بحث رسیده است. همچنین، در دورهای بعد، با مرور مفاهیم و ارائه مدل به خبرگان، درباره مقبولیت مدل اطمینان حاصل شد. بر این اساس، مولفه‌‌ها، شاخص‌‌ها و حوزه‌‌های تاثیرگذار در پدیده محوری «توسعه عملکرد صادراتی میگوی پرورشی» شناسایی و راهبردهای بهره‌‌گیری از این ظرفیت‌‌ها به منظور رسیدن به نتایج و پیامدهای مورد انتظار در قالب مدل توسعه عملکرد صادراتی میگوی پرورشی ارائه گردید. The purpose of this study was to present a model of export performance development of &lrm;farmed shrimp in Iran. The research method is qualitative and is based on &lrm;Grounded Theory. Theoretical sampling was performed using snowball technique based on &lrm;which, 16 interviews were conducted with the scientific and practical experts of the Iranian &lrm;shrimp industry (Fisheries Organization managers, Iran's Aquaculture Production and Trade Union and the top &lrm;companies in the field of shrimp export). Results of data analysis of the interviews through open, &lrm;axial and selective coding process using Atlas ti. software has led to the surface of the export &lrm;performance model of Iranian farmed shrimp, based on which, Causal Conditions, &lrm;Core &lrm;Phenomenon, Strategies, Contextual Factors, Intervening Conditions, and &lrm;Consequences &lrm;were identified. In total, 17 main categories, 56 sub-categories, and 138 concepts fall into six &lrm;axial categories. The researcher has reached a theoretical saturation in regard to all the concepts in &lrm;question. Also, in later stages, by reviewing the concepts and presenting the model to the experts’ &lrm;for the second and third times, the acceptability of the model was assured.
