fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ بررسی تغییرات سموم کلره و مقایسه آن با دهه‌های گذشته در منطقه جنوبی دریای خزر اكولوژي محيطهاي آبي اكولوژي محيطهاي آبي پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" compset="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">دریای خزر یک سیستم لب‌شور&nbsp; و به لحاظ ترکیبات شوری آبی منحصربه‌فرد می باشد، به همین دلیل ارزیابی معیارهای آلایندگی بر پایه کیفیت آب همین دریا در گذشته و حال قابل تصدیق است. در این پژوهش، اطلاعات طی سال‌های 89-1387 جمع‌آوری شده و در غالب پروژه بررسی گردیده است. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد، تغییرات غلظت سموم ارگانوکلره در محیط آبی با توجه به ورود آن از طریق رودخانه‌های منتهی به آن است و میزان غلظت آن در آب، در فصول و مناطق مختلف متفاوت می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد، در زمستان 1387 غلظت ترکیبات سموم ارگانوکلره در محیط آبی روند افزایشی داشته است. در سال 1389 حداکثر میزان درصد سموم در فصول بهار، تابستان، پاییز و زمستان به‌ترتیب در نواحی میانی، شرق و غرب و حداکثر درصد ترکیبات سموم در نمونه‌های آب مناطق ناحیه شرق برابر 75 درصد در فصل بهار مشاهده گردید</span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span b="" compset="" lang="FA" style="font-family:">همچنین حداکثر غلظت سم ارگانوکلره متعلق به سم </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Symbol">a</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">-Endosulfan</span><span b="" compset="" lang="FA" style="font-family:"> با غلظت 86/3 میکروگرم بر لیتر بود که در منطقه نوشهر و در عمق 50 متر ناحیه سطحی ثبت گردید. با توجه به نتایج، در شرایط حاضر میزان غلظت ترکیبات سموم کلره در دامنه مناسب و با فاصله از ساحل شرایط کیفی آب برای پرورش ماهی در قفس مناسب‌تر است. البته مواردی از غلظت‌های بالای آلودگی به سموم نیز مشاهده شده که مربوط به ورود آب از رودخانه‌ها بوده است. بنابراین، یکی از راه‌های عدم مواجهه با این فرآیند برقراری سازه‌های آبزی‌پروری در فاصله مناسبی از ساحل و در اعماق بیش از 50 متر می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:17.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The Caspian Sea is a unique brackish system in terms of water salinity, so evaluation of pollution criteria based on the water quality of the same sea is past and present. In this study, information was collected from 2008 to 2010 and analyzed during the project during these years, sampling of eight transects shorelines was performed seasonally at stations 10, 20, 50 and 100 m of depth in two summer and winter seasons for water and sediment. <span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="background:white">The results showed that the concentration of organochlorine toxins in the aquatic environment depends on its entry through the rivers leading to it and its concentration in water varies in different seasons and regions. </span></span>The results showed that the concentration of organochlorine pesticides in the aquatic environment increased in winter of 2008 with the highest percentage of pesticides in spring, summer, autumn and winter in middle, middle, east and west and maximum percentages, respectively. Toxins were found in the water samples of the eastern part of the region by 75% in spring. Also the maximum concentration of organochlorine toxin belonged to &alpha;-Endosulfan toxin with a concentration of 3.86&mu;g/l which was recorded in Nowshahr at 50 m depth of surface water. Conclusion: In the current situation, the concentration of chlorine toxin compounds in the appropriate range and distance from the shore of water quality conditions is more suitable for fish farming in cages.
