fa مقاله علمی – پژوهشی:‌ ارزیابی پراکنش باکتری‌های شاخص در سرشاخه‌های رودخانه قشلاق و گاوه رود سد ژاوه استان کردستان Evaluation of indicator bacteria distribution in the headwaters of the Qeshlaq and Gawh Roud rivers of the Javah dam in Kurdistan Province آلودگي محيطهاي آبي آلودگي محيطهاي آبي پژوهشي Research ارزیابی شاخص‌‌های میکروبی منابع آبی نظیر رودخانه‌‌ها، دریاها و سدها از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است زیرا میکروارگانیسم‌های مذکور باعث تغییر آب از نظر کیفی و بهداشتی می‌شوند و از سویی، بر تغییرات کمی و کیفی سایر موجودات تاثیرگذارند. در این مطالعه، جمعیت باکتری‌های شاخص شامل باکتری‌های هتروتروف، کلی‌‌فرم‌‌ها و کلی‌‌فرم‌‌های مدفوعی در سرشاخه‌های قشلاق و گاوه رود سد ژاوه استان کردستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ایستگاه‌های مورد بررسی شامل بالادست قشلاق، شاخه قشلاق رود 1، شاخه قشلاق رود 2، شاخه گاوه رود و شاخه سیروان بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین و انحراف معیار باکتری‌های هتروتروف یا شمارش کلی باکتری‌ها در فصول پاییز 1399، زمستان 1399، بهار 1400 و تابستان 1400 در ایستگاه‌های پنج گانه به‌ترتیب 22/0±30/7، 63/0±54/6، 67/0±08/7، 32/0±58/7 واحد تشکیل کلنی در 100 میلی‌لیتر، شمارش کلی فرم‌ها به‌ترتیب 07/1±11/4، 27/1±61/3، 55/0±48/4 و 22/1±23/5 واحد تشکیل کلنی در 100 میلی‌لیتر و شمارش کلی‌‌فرم های مدفوعی به‌ترتیب 07/1±84/2، 79/0±042/3، 18/1±86/2 و 98/1±44/3 واحد تشکیل کلنی در 100 میلی‌لیتر بود. آلودگی رودخانه خارج از دامنه استاندارد بوده که علت آن نیز ورود فاضلاب‌های روستایی ناشی از مزارع کشاورزی و ورود پساب از مناطق کشاورزی است. در این تحقیق، بیشترین منبع آلوده‌کننده رودخانه قشلاق و گاوه رود، به دلیل بهینه نبودن سیستم تصفیه خانه شهرستان سنندج بوده است ولی نمی توان سایر منابع آلاینده نظیر فاضلاب ناشی از انواع دام‌ها، انواع سموم و کودهای حاصل از فعالیت های کشاورزی، شستشوی و فرسایش خاک و ... را نیز نادیده گرفت. یکی از روش‌های پیشنهادی جهت کاهش میزان باکتری‌های شاخص در رودخانه قشلاق، بهینه‌سازی فرآیند تصفیه‌خانه فاضلاب و تکمیل فرآیند ساخت و تجهیز آن است. Evaluation of microbial indicators of water resources such as rivers, seas, and dams is important because these microorganisms can change the quality and sanitary of water and also affect the quantitative and qualitative changes of other organisms. In this study, the distribution of indicator bacteria including heterotrophic bacteria, coliforms, and fecal coliforms was investigated in the headwaters of the Qeshlaq and Gawh Roud rivers of the Javah dam in Kurdistan Province. The investigated stations include upstream of the Qeshlaq, Qeshlaq river branch 1, Qeshlaq river branch 2, Gaveh Roud branch, and Sirvan branch. The results showed that the mean and standard deviation of the heterotrophic bacteria in autumn 2020, winter 2021, spring 2021, and summer 2021 in five stations were 7.300±0.22, 6.54±0.63, 7.08±0.67, 7.58±0.32 CFU/100 mL, respectively, the coliform count was 4.11±1.07, 3.61±1.27, 4.48±0.55, 5.23±1.22 CFU/100 mL, respectively, and the counting fecal coliforms count was 2.84±1.07, 3.042±0.79, 2.86±1.18, 3.44±1.98 CFU/100 mL, respectively. The pollution of the river exceeded the standard range, which is caused by the inflow of rural sewage from agricultural fields and the inflow of sewage from agricultural areas. In this research, the most polluting resources of the Qeshlaq and Gaveh Roud rivers were the untreated sewage of Sanandaj city, but other contamination resources such as sewage from livestock, various poisons, and fertilizers resulting from the agricultural activities, washing, and soil erosion cannot be ignored.
