Abstract
In this study, the early development of Bunni (Barbus sharpeyi) larvae was surveyed through morphological changes and measuring total length, standard length, head length, thickness of larvae, eye diameter and snout length. The initial period of the larval life can be divided into 2 phases: endogenous and exogenous food sources. During the first three days of the larvae development, there was a gradual yolk sac reduction until its complete absorption at the end of third day, indicating the necessity of exogenous feeding. From the fourth to eleventh day, the final development of the heart, gill, air bladder, fins and intestine were observed. Total length of newly hatched larvae was 6.26mm and total length of fifteen days larvae was 8.35mm. The larval development of Barbus sharpeyi was similar to other Barbus species. *Corresponding author

Abstract
Effects of LHRHA2 hormone in 2.5, 5 and 10μg/kg doses and anti-dopamine metoclopramide on Barbus sharpeyi spermiation, spermatozoa quality and fertility indices, chemical (Na+, K+ and Ca+2) and biochemical component (Alkaline phosphates, Glucose and Triglyceride) of seminal plasma and its osmotic pressure were assessed in comparison to Carp pituitary extract treatment. Results indicated that the highest incubation survival, hatching rate, sperm volume, duration of sperm motility as well as the lowest larval deformity were achieved by injection of LHRHA2 (10μg/kg +2.5mg/kg metoclopramide) and it was significantly different to others groups. Application of above mentioned treatment had the highest osmotic pressure with about (Mean ±SD) 324±7.31mOsmol kg-1 among other groups. Also, the highest level of Na+ was assessed by injection of LHRHA2 (10μg/kg +2.5mg/kg metoclopramide). Result showed that injection of Carp pituitary extract caused the highest spermatocrit, K+ value and larval deformity in comparison to other treatments. In conclusion, optimum sperm quality can be produced by injection of LHRHA2 (10μg/kg + 2.5mg/kg metoclopramide) in males of B. sharpeyi at 8 hour following hormonal stimulation. Also, above mentioned treatment caused increasing of incubation survival and decrease of larval deformity in B. sharpeyi.

Abstract
The propofol anesthetic drug was used on 60 farmed Benny fish (Barbus sharpeyi) with mean (±SD) weight and length 99±30g and 208±19.2cm, respectively. The fish were divided into 6 treatments of 10 fish. The treatment 1(control group) was not exposed to any type of anesthesia material. Five treatments were exposed to propofol anesthetic drug with 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10mg/l concentration by immersion method. The mean time of initial anesthesia, mean time of total anesthesia, mean recovery time from anesthesia and survival rate were investigated in treatments. Results showed that increasing of propofol dose had reduced with time of initial anesthesia. Treatment 2 and 3 with 2 and 4mg/l of propofol were significantly different with treatment 5 and 6 with 8 and 10mg/l of propofol material. The mean time of total anesthesia in treatments 5 and 6 with 8 and 10mg/l of propofol material were significantly different with treatments 2, 3 and 4 with 2, 4 and 6mg/l of propofol material, respectively. The mean (±SD) recovery time from anesthesia in Benny fish in treatment 5(8mg/l) was highest amount (428±33S) compared to other treatments. Survival rate in all treatment except treatment 6 (70%) was 100%. Overall, it appears that propofol material was as an anesthetic drug that present experiment showed safety. In 4-6mg/l concentration had the best performance in total anesthesia and recovery to initial condition.
